Shortly, this website will offer you the option of submitting a claim to us on-line. In this way we want to address our customers in an even more friendly manner.
How do you submit a claim?
Download a set of forms through this website, print the forms and fill them out. Have the witness(es) fill out their own form(s). Send these forms, along with any other evidence in to us. We will contact you within a few (office) days.
If you can not manage to download the forms, or you do not own a printer, then we can mail you the forms. You can order them by phone on number 070 - 340 82 00. You will receive the forms within a few days.
