Cooperation Nederlands Bureau Motorrijtuigverzekeraars
When you visit our website, you will no doubt see that we are obviously in close cooperation with the Nederlands Bureau Motorrijtuigverzekeraars (NBM). Next to its other tasks, the Waarborgfonds takes care of and compensates for damages which have been caused by uninsured, motorised vehicles, carrying a Dutch registration.
The NBM will on the other hand, take care of accidents caused by foreign vehicles in the Netherlands, or in case of Dutch vehicles causing damages abroad.
The Waarborgfonds Motorverkeer and the Nederlands Bureau Motorrijtuigverzekeraars take residence within the same building.
